Volunteer for the Study

Eligibility Criteria

  • Healthy adult males aged 18 to 45 years
  • No history of chronic cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease
  • BMI between 18.5 and 27.5 kg/m²
  • Non-smoker and no regular alcohol use
  • No current medications affecting bone or calcium metabolism
  • Available for the full 30-day residential study period at PGIMER
  • Willing to adhere to the prescribed dietary protocol
